    • Review and Approval: Our team will review your return request. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
    • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 15 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
    • No-Questions-Asked Refund: If you do not receive your product within 45 business days (excluding 2-5 day processing time), or if you receive the wrong item, you may request either a refund or a reshipment.
  5. Shipping Costs
    • Return Shipping: You may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
    • Prepaid Labels: In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  6. Defective or Incorrect Items
