Cashback Terms of Use

Welcome to Aveenix! By participating in our Cashback Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility
2. • To be eligible for cashback, you must be a registered user of Aveenix.
   • Purchases must be made through a valid affiliate link provided by Aveenix to qualify for cashback.
     
3. Qualifying Purchases
4. • Only purchases that convert into a sale and are not returned or refunded are considered qualifying purchases.
   • Purchases must be completed using the affiliate link provided by Aveenix to qualify for cashback.
5. Cashback Calculation
6. • The cashback amount is based on a portion of the commission earned from the affiliate sale.
   • The exact percentage of the commission that will be given back as cashback will be determined by Aveenix and may vary.
     
7. Cashback Processing
8. • Cashback will be processed within 30-60 days from the date of the qualifying purchase.
   • This processing period allows for the verification of the sale and the completion of any return or refund windows.
     
9. Cashback Disbursement
10. • Cashback will be credited to your Aveenix account once the processing period is complete.
    • You will be notified via email or through your Aveenix account once the cashback has been credited.
      
11. Use and Withdrawal of Cashback
12. • Cashback can be used towards future purchases on Aveenix.
    • Cashback can also be withdrawn to your bank account. To withdraw your cashback, you must provide valid bank account details in your Aveenix account settings.
    • For security purposes, the redemption of cashback is limited to NZD$300 per 24-hour period.
    • Cashback withdrawals are subject to processing times and may take several business days to complete.
      
13. Fraudulent Activity
14. • Aveenix reserves the right to modify or terminate the Cashback Program at any time without prior notice.
    • Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Aveenix website.

17. Responsibility and Account Maintenance
18. • You are responsible for regularly checking your account to ensure cashback has been properly credited and that your account balance is up to date.
    • You must notify Aveenix of any omissions, incorrect entries, or discrepancies concerning any transaction within 30 days after that transaction. Aveenix reserves the right not to correct any omissions, incorrect entries, or discrepancies brought to its attention after the 30-day period.
