Does this product support 48A or only 40A?

This product supports up to 40A at 250V. For charging needs over 40A (e.g., 48A), use a Tesla Wall Connector or a cable rated for that load. Using a 48A charger with a 40A-rated cable is unsafe and not recommended.

What should i do if get an error saying “unable to charge due to a connection issue”?
